This app saves all data ONLY on your phone!
This is good in terms of data protection because nobody else will have access to your health data.
However, the problem is that if you lose your cell phone or it stops working, your data from the app will also be lost.
And that would be unpleasant – because the purpose of the documentation is to record all possible changes, especially over time. This is the only way to make comparisons between “before” and “now”.
